By installing or playing Cap of Crowns ("the Game"), you agree to these Terms of Service.
1. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and play the Game for non-commercial use on devices you own or control.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to play the Game. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may only play with the permission of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these terms on your behalf.
3. Account and conduct
- You are responsible for activity on your account.
- Do not cheat, exploit bugs, use automation, or attempt to disrupt the Game or other players' experience.
- Do not harass, threaten, or post unlawful content in chat.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. User content and moderation
The Game lets you submit content such as chat messages, display names, and base or alliance names ("User Content"). You keep ownership of your User Content. By submitting it, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to store, display, and transmit it as needed to operate the Game — for example, showing your chat message to the other players in a channel.
- Chat text is automatically filtered for profanity, and User Content is subject to moderation.
- We may remove User Content and restrict or terminate accounts that post content violating these terms.
- You can report an abusive player or message with the in-game reporting tools, and block players you don't want to interact with.
5. Virtual items and purchases
Virtual currency, items, and in-game progress have no monetary value outside the Game and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred between accounts. All purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by applicable law or Google Play's refund policy.
The Game is a live online service that we balance and update continuously. We may add, modify, rebalance, or remove virtual items, currencies, and gameplay features at any time; such changes do not entitle you to a refund or other compensation.
6. Service availability
The Game is provided "as is." We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Game (or any part of it) at any time without notice. We are not liable for any loss of in-game progress resulting from service interruptions, account termination, or game shutdown.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MonPlon Games is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Game.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and any dispute arising out of these terms or the Game will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York. If you are a consumer, nothing in this section takes away protections or venue rights granted to you by the mandatory laws of the place where you live.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Game after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
